Why Go There? CCI's student operated restaurant, set in a beautiful modern building on forested campus, engages diners as an integral part of the student learning experience. Menus change seasonally, feature high quality ingredients sourced from regional growers, ranchers and producers, a la carte appetizers, entrees, desserts, reasonable prices. Diners asked to fill out a survey after meals.
